Offering this REGULATEUR WATCH which features CHROMED brass DIAL with VISIBLE SKELETONIZED MOVEMENT, new made STAINLESS STEEL CASE and original SEAGULL watch movement with BLUE STEEL SCREWS, STRAIGHT LINE DAMASKEENING, BI-METALLIC COMPENSATED BALANCE with regulation screws and BALANCE TOP CAP JEWELS. 

The new CHROMED brass dial with VISIBLE ENGRAVED MOVEMENT has been professionally updated and now is in excellent condition. It is complete a 60-minute outer track border, blue enameled Roman numerals, blue steel Cathedral-style hands and TWO separate dials: a recessed sub-seconds dial with “sweep” blue steel seconds hand and 60 second outer chapter and sub-hour dial (London Time) with “sweep” blue steel Cathedral-style hour’s hand and blue Roman numerals. The new dial has been professionally updated, and now is in excellent condition. There is signed DUAL TIME – NEW YORK above the VI and is decorated with GUILLOCHE. 

It is a registered design model that features a three piece STAINLESS STEEL case that provides with glass cover of screwed back covering (with six indented positions for opening). This watch was converted from pocket watch. The STAINLESS STEEL case, new custom made, fantastic, matched specially for this wonderful SEAGULL movement. The lugs are in great condition while the winding crown is in very good shape and operates properly. The case has MINERAL glasses on the front and back side. 

Peeking inside via the glass lid, I find a spotless, a finely and high grade nickel finished movement with BLUE STEEL SCREWS, STRAIGHT LINE DAMASKEENING, BI-METALLIC COMPENSATED BALANCE with regulation screws and BALANCE TOP CAP JEWELS.

This is identified - Anti-shock assemblies, and used to protect the upper and lower balance pivots from damage due to external impact on the watch.

The movement that is not signed with any markings but is most definitely Tianjin Seagull ST3600.

This beautiful wristwatch has the ORIGINAL movement in an excellent status which was very well saved. Mechanism has been recently serviced to ensure it winds and sets smoothly while keeping great, accurate time. The bottom plate of the mechanism in addition to extensive skeletonization have been gorgeously engraved. 

It is fitted on a new 22mm black genuine leather strap with chrome silver buckle that is vintage style and goes great with this wonderful watch.
